I can't hear the pump/motor in the video. Is the pump spinning? Is the motor spinning without the pump?
Having had a similar problem it was my pump sized.
The flowmeter would more likely cause inconsistent pulls. I've had that happen after descaling. Had to open it up and remove a stuck piece of loose scale.
hopefully you have it fixed already

First I noticed that the lights on the display are not lighting up as normal so the machine seems to detect a problem. These lights usually come on when there is a blockage.
Also the pressure gauge shows line pressure but when you initiate the dose the pressure does not go up nor is there any water coming out. This seem to indicate that the pump is not running, but that is possible since there could be some pre-infusion time programmed in and the video is not long...
Also, the group head solenoid does not seem to work since there should be at least line pressure water coming out when the dose is initiated during pre-infusion.
This is all I can think off with what I see.
Vivaldi II, Multiple (a collection really) Lever machines
Currently on deck grinders: Mythos and MXKR
Backup grinders: Robur, Major.
Toper Cafemino Electric and Poppery 1 roaster

I have a serious problem ... Can you guess what?
