Fan cycles on and off continuously

The machine works fine, then the fan cycles on then off, on and off for long periods of time. Doesn’t seem to be a pattern to it.

Re: Steam boiler loud pop sounds

No it doesn’t. I am not sure what the pressure relief valve looks like. Is there a diagram that identifies major parts! If so, where can I get it?

Drip tray filling up

C95BCF89-EEBF-4BCA-B6F6-37548FDD5EE4.jpeg My drip tray fills completely in one day. I called Chris Coffee and I was told to remove the metal bezel and on the right, I can see where the dripping is occurring (see attached picture) and tighten that nut (indicated with orange arrow). I rotated it cloc...

Steam boiler loud pop sounds

When the machine is turned on from cold, I can hear the water heating in the boiler. As the steam is developing, at one point, I get a very loud pow sound like a release of pressure. That was not happening every time the machine was starting up. Yesterday, it was like it was continuously doing it. I...

step by step replacing pump and motor heating elements

I have a Vivaldi I and I need to replace the pump and motor. I also thought of replacing the elements in both boilers. Any videos or stepy step instructions out there?

removing steam wand

I want to change it. Can someone explain, in detail, how to do this? Do I unscrew the big nut at the top of the wand? Do I need to remove the panels?

Re: Water line diameter for plumb-in

My machine was working fine until I moved to a new location. In the new place, the line in is 1/8 copper line about 12 feet long (previous owners had this hooked up to their fridge for ice making) which connects to 1/4 flex pipe. When I try a shot, the pressure gauge is almost at 0 and the pump does...

machine choking

Last week, I was getting very nice espresso, great color, lots of crema, using my own beans (malabar Gold and SO Harrar). I bought some beans from a local roaster. He told me they were not more than 5 days old. Now, using the same technique, I get one of two things, watery coffee with no crema or th...

cabinet damage

I have my machine under my kitchen cabinets (made of MDF). The machine generates enough heat to keep the cabinets at a constant warm temperature, even keeping the contents of the cabinet above, very warm. Should I add a metal plate under the cabinet or is everything ok?
