The S1 Cafe - Helping Your Espresso Dreams Become Reality

I would kill two birds with one stone by shifting the control panel to the right (obliterating the "S1") to make room for the pressure gauges to be in line between the steam valve and the relocated control panel. The offending "S1" would be gone and the pressure gauges would be up front and visible so that you could actually monitor them while you used the machine.

Otherwise, I lhave oved it since April 2007...
