I have been purchasing my softener and carbon cartridges from WaterAnywhere for numerous years. The most recent set of softener cartridges (purchased three about 1 year ago) seems to be poor. I installed one yesterday that is not softening at all.

Has anyone else been experiencing trouble with softener cartridges from Water Anywhere?

Not sure if this is your problem, but I have found that softener cartridges do not hold up to storage. I can buy carbon filter cartridges in bulk, but I have buy softener cartridges individually as I need them. Condolences that you bought three.

I had purchased a few myself, and although I didn't notice softening problems, they were sealed in plastic with paperwork that had a staple. The stapled rusted terribly during storage and I threw the last cartridge out because rust was all over.
