I've noticed that the flow profile during the length of the shot is very different from my previous machine, and from shots i've seen pulled on other home and commercial machines. The flow seems to start quicker, but tails off after 1oz or so and seems to get slower, other machines the flow seems to increase over time.
Has anyone else noticed this, or is perhaps a problem with my machine ? If other people have seen it, is it just an artifact of the small diameter baskets or something else ?
