Broke copper tube off flow meter, part #?

Post by mswanson25 »

Hi, I was repairing a block in my flow meter. When putting back on the outlet copper tube (that runs to the group boiler) the nut on the tube sheered off. I'm surprised this happened, but I have a 10 year old machine.

Does anyone know the name or part number of this copper tube?

Thanks.

Have you checked page 12 of the parts manual? It looks like part # 7539 from your description.

TUBO DA CONTATORE A CALDAIA VIVALDI

Google translate says that means "Vivaldi counter-boiler tube".

You can find this toward the back of the parts manual.

thanks, chas. I'll call chris coffee and hopefully this will be the last repair. I've had to fix my group heating element and clean the flow meter too. Chris coffee said my group solenoid might be bad too. This machine has been in storage and moved a couple times. I'm surprised the heating element broke during shipment.
