Macap M4D - Who's using it and how is it working for you?

I acquired a Macap M4D as part of a trade about 4 month ago. I used it for a few weeks, then let it sit for about 3 months as I continued to use my Mazzer mini. About 3 days ago I turned it back on and loaded it up and tried getting it setup to play well with the V2. Pulled some shots of Sweet Marias Espresso Workshop #7 and it has been ok. Amaro Gayo was slightly better.

Is anyone happy using their with their Vivaldi? Any tips you have regarding settings, time, dosage, etc?

This grinder is from 2008, I believe, and think there have been some improvements. I have tried asking if any mod has become available, but none have responded. Since those posts/threads are old, thought I would start a fresh one.... apologies in advance.
