Chris is having some "challenges" with his back. I told him it's from lifting too many espresso machines.

I don't want to make light of his back issues, or make them into more than they are, but I'm sure he'd appreciate your prayers for relief!

Wow, sounds serious....hope he feels better soon. :-(

Plenty of rest does miracles for the body, not sure if Chris is the "resting" type since he's such an intense person (I mean this in a good way).
